"The room was clean, but the mini fridge was left unplugged and someone left food in it so it continued to make the room smell horrible. We had to wait a while at the front desk, because the lady was outside and didn’t hear the bell ring multiple times. Didn’t like that the door was a key. So if there’s more than one person staying and someone left and the other stayed, the other was locked in basically. Wish we were able to use the spa but nothing showed how, and waiting at the front desk was a...

"Die Wohnung war genau wie beschrieben, und optimal gereinigt. Die Umgebung ist absolut ruhig und direkt am Waldrand. Wegen des schlechten Wetters konnten wir die Terrassenmöbel nicht wirklich testen, allerdings ist alles da, was 2 Personen brauchen. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich, zugewandt und hilfsbereit. In einem Schränkchen ist ein großer Korb mit Infomaterial zur Eifel und der näheren Umgebung. Die Aussicht ist ein Traum."
