"Convenient to the Katy Mills mall and restaurants. Hotel was quiet, and the room was clean. The layout, however, was very inconvenient and made coming in/going out a fuss. The entire room lacked adequate lighting, especially in the bathroom. Beds were very firm and stiff. Staff was friendly and helpful. Overall not bad. Breakfast was eh. "

"First night lights went out for 1 hour and 30 minutes they sent texts that directed people to the wrong floor for free coffee that had grinds all in it. Terrible room had no trash cans and one face towels. Had to call for towels and it took 20 -30 minutes for someone to come up and bring them "

"This property was nice. I had a large room with king bed. Nicely updated. My issues were the breakfast was Less than OK and people upstairs had children running back n forth all day, my Tv remote didn’t work. Took 2 days to get it fixed. Other than those items, it was a nice property, good location. "

"The first two times we stayed here the rooms were so nice. Evidently some rooms have not been updated. Unfortunately, we stayed in one of those our third stay. Bed was very uncomfortable and bathroom very outdated. I will not stay again in one of these rooms. This is sad for such a nice hotel. "
