“Nicole's renovation of this charming old farmhouse, both inside and outside, is a work of art and no doubt a labor of love.Clean rooms.Modern bathrooms.Beautiful property.Great breakfast. One caution: the staircase leading to the upstairs bedroom is probably unsuitable for older people. .”

“This property was beautiful!! Everything was clean and thoughtful, breakfast was homemade, with options from the staff. Staff were lovely, so friendly. Roy, the golden retriever was a cutie!! :)”

“Very comfortable place and Emily is a great host”

“Dominion House, while providing every modern amenity, allows its guests to take a step back in time and truly relax. The grounds are lovely (we were there in the Fall), with friendly horses grazing nearby, and there is access to a trail to take a walk. The rooms and furniture (original to the family) are lovely and include a just-refurbished square piano in the living room, The second floor has a library with all genres of (mostly) old-school books, a treat to any reader. Guests have access……

“What a hidden gem! Just minutes away from the hussel and bussle of the city! Beautiful gardens and well stocked kitchen!”

“It’s a cool space but it’s filthy. There is dust and cobwebs everywhere. The windows need a cleaning. Sorry I sat on the porch last night as my cost is dirty from the dirt on the rocking chair. I read in reviews that some folks had croissants outside their door in the am. We did not have that experience. Our room had a tub with a handheld shower and no privacy. I was either a friend, not a partner. It a nice location right near the waterfront. Give the place a good cleaning.”

“Great stay. Close to everything downtown. Check in was smooth and easy. Would absolutely stay again. ”

“Had a great stay with my family while visiting Legoland. Emily and her family were very accommodating. Her guest first approach was felt. Room was great, perfect for my large family. Excellent location as well, walking distance to downtown Goshen. 5 minute drive to Legoland. Definitely going to stay there again!”
