"The man who checked me in was very friendly. The room was large and clean and the bed was comfortable. I would stay there again."

"I was given a second room after raising concerns about the first, but unfortunately the second room was even worse. Both rooms smelled heavily of cigarette smoke and had stained sheets. I left immediately and did not stay overnight. I ended up driving 6 minutes to Spark by Hilton Wilkes-Barre and booking another room at 2 AM. The refusal to provide a refund after this experience was extremely disappointing."
