Heritage Inn Hotel & Convention Centre Cranbrook

Heritage Inn Hotel & Convention Centre Cranbrook

8/10 Good
"This review is just to be helpful for people's planning. We booked this hotel for a quick stop on our roadtrip. It was clean, the bed was comfortable. Staff were pleasant. If you are overnighting on the Sunday of a long weekend, they do not do the breakfast on the Monday morning. They do provide a bagged breakfast at the desk. A cold egg wrap did not suffice for me, but it may for others. I booked because of breakfast included. Staff did make us aware as we were checking in. Unfortunately it was late when we arrived and McDs or A&W would be available. For people with mobility issues, request the main floor. There is not alot of stairs, but if you have quite a bit of luggage and you want to do it in one trip, it can be awkward. I did not see an elevator.other wise it works as a quick layover."
