“Parking was hard and there was a Coke missing from the minibar”

“This hotel is way over priced and lack of proper management. When we arrived at our room, by the door there was still a pile of garbage left by the previous owner. Inside the kitchen cabinet, the trash can was full as well. We had to call the housekeeping which was the front desk twice to have them removed. Yet the hotel has audacity to charge us $120 pet cleaning fee for just one night, which added to the bill and made it total $700, not mention the low quality breakfast choice. This is a……

“Although the Hotel is 1700 feet from the Jetway my daughter deplaned from, the room was surprisingly quiet. I never heard a plane taking off or landing in the evening. Even before putting in my earbuds…..”

“The room was clean and the inn was very peaceful and quiet, but there were problems with the furniture and a weird smell when me and my family entered the room. The water in the shower was taking a long time to drain, the mirror was cracked, there were stains on the curtains, and pieces of the table were chipped off. Breakfast was also plain and they did not have many options to choose from. ”

“Its not in a good area there are a lot of junkies roaming around it did not felt safe and i kept getting locked outside my room. the keycard kept on expiring for some reason”

“The building is historical, but the interior is not. Everything was comfortable and convenient. The decor was very modern and would appeal more to a younger age group than we retirees. 🙂”

“Overall, the stay was good. The room was clean and tidy. The front desk staff were friendly. Check-in and check-out were very smooth. The hotel's location is convenient. The only minor drawback is that parking costs extra. It would be ideal if free parking were available.”
