“This was such an amazing experience. The lodge is beautifully kept. Even though it is more than a 100 years old, it looks very well kept. Amenities are in excellent conditions. Staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Rooms are big and comfy.”

“I loved the forest access. It was a huge bonus for me. I also loved how close it was to all the other hiking areas and cloudcroft/Alamagordo. Another bonus is hpw dark it gets at night and how little light pollution there is whoch allows to see stars. Even better, the forest was accessible at night which gave way to all kinds of great opportunities for astrophotography. Excellent place. The cabin was nice and comfortable and kept me warm and dry and had plenty of hooks, table tops, and racks to……
