"This place is awesome! It’s right in the heart of Cloudcroft! You can walk to Mad Jack’s! The place is very very clean! If your looking for something fancy, this ain’t it, but if your looking for location, cleanliness, super nice host, quiet, and relaxing, this is your place."

"Close to downtown as stated.Door code worked everytime I remembered it correctly.A mini split would have been nice for a/c .The fans worked tho.Whoever cleaned the place used way too much Fabaluso,it was over powering and I'm not sensitive to smells.My stuff even smells like it now lol.The refrigerator sounds like a dishwasher,with death throes included.That small space It was very annoying ,even with my hearing aids out ... If you are a big person you will not fit in the bathroom I'm 6'3" 235 .I'm sure it would have been entertaining if I wasn't alone .Not trying to be a critic but you asked and I paid."

"The hotel itself was excellent!! Very clean and a very cozy cabin feel. But as a Lifetime Diamond Hilton member, I find the staff not as friendly as how the cabin would make you feel. Breakfast was subpar. It says it opens at 07, and finally opened at 0710. The kitchen help was taking his good old time opening and getting things ready. And nothing written that says that you place your order for breakfast. Really? We sat there waiting for like a buffet style. Also, they allow their guests to go to the dining room barefoot!! Isn’t that against OSHA, health standards? Much as I like the hotel itself, will not be returning. Would I recommend? If you’re a mediocre traveler, go for it."

"A nice little cabin in town. It is old, but well maintained. A walk across the street for craft beer and pizza. We had our dogs and they loved walking in the mountains every day. Snacks and coffee provided."

"I can't say enough wonderful things about Teddy Cloud. I have already booked another stay. A while week this time. . It has to be the best place to stay in Cloudcroft for pet people. The cabin is beautifully decorated. Everything you need is provided. Comfortable. Cozy. You will spend a lot of time on the deck. We loved hearing the coyotes howl at night. The wind in the trees. Very well stocked kitchen. We loved everything."
