“Perfect little gem of a home along a canal leading directly to the river. Full of thoughtful touches. The dock was a happening place! We saw turtles, manatees, crabs, cranes and tons of different fish right from the house’s backyard dock. Would definitely stay here again!”

“I was extremely impressed with attention to the details! House was extremely clean .Beautiful spot right on the river. It was equipped with kayaks, paddle boards, tubes, sunscreen, mosquito spray, towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, kitchen was equipped of all needed things for a family gatherings. I would’ve definitely recommended to my family and friends . it was a dog friendly ! We had such a wonderful time with my daughters and our golden retriever!”

“The house was clean and had everything we could have needed. The kitchen is beautiful with a breakfast nook that looks out to the water. The artificial grass was soft on everyone's feet. There were plenty of life jackets. The pictures of the house and river/yard don't do this spot justice. It's beautiful. If you have toddlers or young kids bring 2 handle covers because there's only door knob locks (the deadbolts lock with a key inside too) on the water side of the house. It's close to the park……

“First of all, this wonderful place is super clean! Beds are comfortable and sectional couch is great for family movie time. We kayaked everyday and saw lots of manatees and water birds. It was our kids first time kayaking and this was the place to do it! Water was calm, clear and easy to navigate with young beginners. Host is very responsive and welcoming. We plan to come back and visit some of the other springs close by as well.”
