"Everything is kinda old but was clean. Staffs were nice.I request for smokefree room but whole floors smells smoke..Ocean side wing was much better.. we went there for swimming.. Floors weren't smelling smokes. Receptionist should have given us room on Ocean side. "

"I had a very disappointing experience during my stay at Showboat Hotel Atlantic City. After checking in, we discovered that the bed sheets had what appeared to be dried blood stains. This was reported immediately. The following morning around 9:00 AM, I began requesting assistance, but despite multiple emails, phone calls, and even going to the front desk in person, the issue was never properly resolved. At one point, I was told between 4:00–5:00 PM that rooms would be available shortly, but no follow-up ever occurred. No clean sheets were provided, and no room change was completed. By the end of the night, we were forced to remove the sheets ourselves and try to rest on top of the bed cover, which was extremely uncomfortable and unsanitary. This situation went unresolved overnight and into the next morning with no response from management. Cleanliness is the most basic expectation for any hotel, and the lack of urgency and communication made this experience even worse. I would not recommend staying here unless improvements are made in both housekeeping and customer service. "

"This was a stay-cation for me due to me recently having surgery and just wanting to get away for a couple of days. With that said the only complaint I have is that I drive an all electric Volvo and there were no electric hook up in the garage and I had to drive off island to a car dealership to charge my vehicle. I traveled two hours from North Jersey and just assumed they would have a hook-up in the garage that is provided. Other than that it was an awesome 3 day stay-cation."
