With cozy sofas in a spacious very living area , comfortable large bed, perfect little kitchen area, crisp clean bath, and lots of natural light, I felt at home and very comfortable.I highly recommend this sweet gem if you need a place to stay in the Knoxville area!”

“The home was very comfortable. We had only a couple of issues that did not severely impact our stay. The upstairs bath shower curtain had mold on it, probably from folding over on itself.Lastly the lack of hooks to hang bath towels and/or clothing while bathing was disturbing.One last suggestion would be a guest book that tells necessary information about Internet, checkout instructions and perhaps local places to dine or visit.”

“This is definitely a solid rental choice. Nothing fancy but completely adequate with a great location. Beds were comfortable. It is clear that it is run by a rental agency rather than a private owner as evidenced by some lacking personal touches such as hand soap and other toiletries, but for a last minute rental, I have no real complaints. I would stay here again if necessary.”
