“Place was in the process of renovation. That being said the room appeared to be already updated, very comfortable bed and pillows, nice shower and helpful staff.”

“We went to Inkcarceration in Mansfield this year. Very clean hotel, breakfast was always fresh and tasty. Easily accessible and convenient along with convenient food and coffee choices nearby. Would definitely stay here again, was far enough from our venue for the concert to not have terrible traffic but close enough we didn’t feel like it was too out of our way.”

“Elevator was broken. I am disabled and as I am able to walk it is painful. No compensation offered on room or an offer to move to 1st floor. We were there 2 nights and not fixed.”

“Beware! Prepaid through Expedia weeks ago for a King with a sofa bed (clearly stated in my confirmation) but when I checked in about 3:30 pm the front desk clerk put me in a standard double room. About a $40 dollar price difference! First he blamed Expedia for sending them the wrong room request but when I asked for proof that they’d gotten a request for a double room from Expedia he told me he couldn’t provide this and changed his story, saying that they can never “guarantee” the room……
