"Room was clean, everything went as expected. Could use a rooms refresh, as items like chair show significant wear. Only was in the room 6 hours due to early flight."

"I checked in way late for a two-night stay due to a flight cancelation. Checking in 18-hours late, the front desk was accommodating had my room waiting for me. Bravo!"

"The airport shuttle was great. Calling the hotel to request the shuttle is best but the shuttle may just arrive on its own ( when dropping someone off from the hotel). It’s ParkNJet shuttle and picks up from Door 2A ( outside Terminal 2) and Door 5E (outside Terminal 5)at O’Hare which are the designated pick up areas for all hotel shuttles. Also loved the fridge, microwave, stove top and utensils in the room, made life so easy. Also, BP gas station is next door (walking) as well as Subway and Dunkin Donuts."
