“Beautiful place to stay. Everything was as advertised. Staff was extremely helpful.”

“Boulderhaus is a great spot, easily accessible from downtown Boulder. We have been traveling to Boulder a lot over the last four years and this is the first time we have stayed outside of the city proper. We had originally rented for Thanksgiving weekend last year but my husband needed emergency surgery, forcing us to cancel our stay just days before our rental began. Larry kindly allowed us to change our dates. We are thrilled to be here in time for the Boulder Film Festival while relishing……

“The house was cozy and welcoming. There were all the comfort amenities of home. The beds were super comfy and imviting. The house was very clean making settling in a quick and easy process. It felt like a home away from home!”

“This is a beautiful home with a beautiful view! The setup is nice for two couples due to the two private bedrooms/bathrooms. The main area was comfortable and well appointed, and the outside firepit made for a nice spot to watch the sunset. Phone reception was definitely an issue, but emails and texts were mostly received while at the house. A couple of hiccups occurred with our initial entry and the water heater not working, but the owner/management company was very responsive and got us back……

“Was a nice place right on the creek had no problems, property was as described. The beds need to be replaced, everyone one of them was very creaky, you couldn't roll over without waking up someone in the bedroom next to you.”

“Great location, 20 minutes to Eldora and a little over an hours drive to WinterPark. The cabin was cozy and well-equipped with everything you need for a weekend getaway. We had an amazing time, can't wait to return!”

“Phenomenal location with great views. Clean, well- maintained, and close to Boulder and plenty of trails. We got our fill of strenuous hikes and then spent the evenings relaxing and looking at the stars from the porch. Great trip!”

“Donna's place was great. Felt secluded, yet close to things needed. The fireplace was fantastic, as well as having access to the snowshoeing gear to enjoy the trails behind the house. Responsive and detailed communication, and smooth check-in and out processes.”

“Loved being up in the mountains but also just a short 15-20 min drive to downtown Boulder. It was perfect for what we wanted. Would absolutely stay here again!”

“Very nice home, no AC, but it was cool when we visited. Lots of dead flies in the house. Back porch railing and stairway planks outside are loose. If reinforced, it would be nice to have outdoor patio furniture. I can see why there are none due to the condition of the outdoor deck. Interior is very nice, comfy bed and sofas. Views are INCREDIBLE”

“First a warning - this is not a good place for seniors. I'm 81 and able bodied. My wife is 77 and very unstable walking. Partly our fault that we didn't check on the ease of access. Other than that the place is wonderful and we did our best to enoy the ambience!”

“When you first pull up, the property is absolutely stunning, as you make your way up the steps to the treehouse property, you have a great view of everything. The property manager was absolutely wonderful as this was my first flight/trip ever, and was very accommodating to us arriving early. We had a great time and enjoyed our stay. The only dislike we had was how tight spacing was, and the only bed in the house wasn’t exactly the most comfortable to our liking. And there was only one TV……

“The House is beautiful, stock with everything and more that you or your family would need. The set up of the house is prefect the rooms are huge and decorated to make you feel at home. Location is perfect between the wonderful town of Evergreen and Kittridge, so much to do Hiking trails everywhere you look, Bear Creek trout, right out in front of the house, enough said. if you travel in like staying in beautiful places this is a Must. Thanks”

“The most they had received in 10 years, said the locals. Yes we were there for the March 2024 storms and the forecast were accurate. Almost 61 inches measured in Nederland. We had a great time though and our teens learned what it really means to shovel snow. Briggite was accommodating, and kind the whole way through.”

“The house was clean and had everything you will need. Comfy beds, great back porch and kitchen has anything you might need. Close to everything!!! Julia was so responsive to our needs. We thought we might have to stay extra due to a snow storm coming in and she stayed in touch to make sure we were okay. We will definitely be back ❤️”
