“The place is delapidated. The room was ok, had a bed with pillows, running water, tv, etc. Guest safety is questionable.”

“Clean and comfortable room. Very quiet - though I don't think there were many guests there during our 2-night stay so your mileage may vary. Location was an easy walk to our destination (the MCPA) as well as downtown Findlay.”

“The room was lovely and comfortable, but no kleenex tissues. However the breakfast was a big dissappointment. You advertise full breakfast - not according to my liking. the sign in the breakfast area says continental breakfast which that is what it was. will not return to this motel. ”

“Parking was easy, close and plentiful. Check In was quick and the gal was informative and sweet. There is absolutely nothing I can say negative about this place. It's immaculately clean everywhere. The pool is an awesome indoor/outdoor. The hot tub was relaxing and perfect temp. The 5:30 kick back was delicious and the workers kept everything stocked and clean. The breakfast was yummy! The room was comfy with lots of fluffy towels and pillows. If you're debating weather or not to stay here, ……

“Breakfast menu at all Hamptons has slipped some over the last few years. The fake scrambled eggs turns my stomach. They used to have small cheese omelets that were way better.”

“Clean Room, Safe place and calm”

“Our sink didn’t drain and the air conditioner was so dirty my son woke up with really bad sinus infection congestion we told the manager of room cleaning and he said he would take care of it and he didn’t so the clerk came and wiped it out which didn’t clean it so next morning I woke up with really bad congestion. When they made my bed they didn’t even pull up the sheet under bed spread very poor house keepers. I wish I could put the pictures I took of air conditioner”

“convenient for business, free wifi, many restaurants are close by, we got there around 13:00 but still got to check in our room. clean and quiet”

“I did not use the menus, room service or amenities.”

“The smoke detectors were hanging from the ceiling and maybe didn’t work, the toliet was loose and when you sat on it it sifted, the peep hole was blocked with toliet paper because it was broken, the water for a shower was lukewarm and didn’t get hot, the TV wasn’t working properly and we had to work for a while to get it to work and the manger was not at the desk when I went to complain and the phone in the room was broken. The worst hotel I have ever stayed at!!!”

“The staff went over and above expectations. The only issue I can say I had, was the tub didn’t drain properly. By the time I got done with my shower, I was ankle deep in water. ”
