"Washer and Dryers to use and complete a wash it takes about 3 hrs for one small load. The washer does not spin dry clothes on the first spin you literally have to spin cycle three times and for dryer it takes 3 or 4 times for the clothes to dry. Outside on patio they need to remember to clean off spiderwebs. "

"It’s been forever since I’ve encountered ALL staff members to be friendly and helpful. It’s clean, rooms are spacious. Pillows need more variety in sizes/thickness. Bed mattress runs slightly firm BUT not uncomfortably hard, I like softer beds but slept well. Was disappointing that their coffee/hot chocolate machine was out of order, especially for a weekend because they didn’t have refills for them.
