"The room was clean and comfortable but unfortunately the toilet started to back up. I called front desk and she gave me two options. Go down and get a plunger from her or wait until she is finished with a guest and she'll come check it out. I choose option two. within 10 minutes she was there and agreed it was a back-up problem and offered to move us to another room. She quickly told us what to do and we met her back in the lobby. "This hotel has been recently renovated and was very good for the money. We needed a pet room and it was very reasonable for the dogs. Breakfast is more continental type. But a bagel and tea are good for me anyway. "
