“Don't let the (obviously old) pictures fool you, this property was quite dated. First the good point .... if you're looking for a hotel within a stones throw of the Ark Encounter, then you can't get much closer than this one. The parking spots were wide, which was a plus when driving a pickup truck. And that's where the good ends. The staff was anything but helpful (more about that in a minute) and the breakfast was non-existent. Seriously, there was hardly anything for breakfast. It was……

“Wonderful cabin! We had everything we needed! Very clean and well maintained. It had snowed recently and host was worried about the drive and took the time to shovel it and made sure we could arrive safely. Host was super concerned for our safety and very responsive! ”

“We did not spend a large amount of time in the cabin, as we were there for a men's conference at the Ark Encounter. Jonathan, the host was very friendly. The cabin was well kept and clean. I plan to rent the cabin again next year. I do want to confirm that the ceiling in the loft is only about 3 to 3-1/2 ft high. My son and I slept there, and we are both over 6 ft tall.
