"Upon checking we had an issue with our reservation but the evening clerk was amazing and got it worked out so we did get a room the room was clean and comfortable the AC was wonderful the only issue was there was a dirty plate in the microwave that we found which was gross. The biscuits for breakfast were dry and cold but other than that the rest of breakfast options are not bad overall our state was nice"

"We were originally put in an uncleaned room which was quite annoying. After speaking with the staff they kindly upgraded us to a larger, clean room. "

"The room was very nice and up to date. Staff was very friendly. The breakfast had a little of everything however the pancake machine did not work. There were plenty of other options for breakfast. I would definitely stay there again. The price was excellent and the whole experience was comparable to the Hampton inn and suites that I stayed in the previous night, for almost twice the price."

"We booked a room with a king bed but when we arrived at the hotel the desk clerk told me our room had two queen beds. When I asked if they had given our room away to someone else, I was told if they ran out of the rooms we paid for on Hotels.com we would just have to accept what was left. We also tried to contact the hotel from the airport but were unable to get anyone except a phone tree that simply told us to go to the website. If we can't count on getting the room we booked (and paid for), I guess we will just use another service."

"Love that everything is fresh and new. Basic no frills lodging. The fitness center has the basic machines, towels and water (no weights, mats, balls or bands) - enough for my treadmill workout and, again, new and clean. Per friendly $10/ night fee plus $50 non refundable damage deposit."
