“Great location and a really lovely 1 bedroom apartment tastefully done and with all amenities- even robes! For less than the cost of a hotel room in downtown Kingston. Our unit was newly built/renovated but with historical brick, high ceilings, full kitchen/breakfast bar, living area, bathroom with a big shower and lots of vanity space and storage. We were only there for a night for a Queens event for one of our daughters, but this unit would be completely comfortable for longer stays too.……

“Do not stay here. We did not receive the code to enter the apartment, even after the check-in time. After hours on the phone with VRBO, I finally got the code. Upon arrival, we found cockroaches and decided to find a hotel to stay at instead. The owner was very rude and dismissive of our claims, despite photo evidence. ”

“The check-in was super easy as everything is electronic. Kurt and Nicole provided detailed instructions so everything was a breeze. We stayed for nearly a week and we were so well supported during our stay. Kurt and Nicole were super helpful and positive. There is a community centre across the street with a nice fitness centre and pool which was a bonus. All in all a lovely little spot close to downtown. ”
