“If I had known that the rooms don’t have individual thermostats, or heating, I wouldn’t have booked. I called front desk for assistance with room heat, staff said they’d come show me, only to arrive and tell me it’s A/C only. Staff told me it was hot & summertime so heat wasn’t necessary. Outside temp was barely 40 and inside felt not much warmer. I shivered all night long. Staff member had attitude when I asked or extra blankets, they arrived with cigarette holes in them. Very over priced……
