We had a very nice stay at the Queen Mary...room was clean and there was a lot to explore with lot's of history and right across from the cruise terminal...very convenient and will definitely stay here again on our next cruise out of long Beach

I realize this is a historic building but it definitely could be run better. We were not informed that apparently you have to request for your room to be cleaned. I am still not clear about that. Our room was not cleaned so we called downstairs and let them know. We were told they would come clean ...

The staff was so friendly and very helpful. We loved the location and the view was gorgeous. The only issue we had was the cleanliness of our room. We let the staff know but the issue was not addressed. Savannah was a fun place. Hope to go back soon!

The room and entire hotel were clean and beautiful! The staff was absolutely superb. We ate some appetizers the night we arrived and coffee with scones the next morning. Honestly, due the the amazing staff we stayed on property for breakfast/scones and coffee as opposed to going out for it. 10/10 ...

The hotel is a bit old. It's great if you're looking to stay in a property with a historical aspect. Check-in was troubling. I don't recall on the Hotel's description here on Expedia or on their own website that the deposit was $400 up front. I stayed for 6 days so that should have been around $170. ...
