The pool was a lot of fun, lots of fun games. The Faye was delicious a big variety of really good foods. But the most amazing was the staff, especially the manager Maria, Octavio, they went over and above to help my husband, and I when we had a terrible accident in front of the hotel I cannot tell you how kind, compassionate, and professional they were and helping me to get my husband to the emergency room.

Pools were great. Lazy River the best. Some pools colder than others. Staff amazing keeping pools property clean . The rooms were clean , bed comfortable just mildew smell in rooms. Sometimes it really got to me. We found leaving air off made room smell better. We were going to upgrade to the club room. When we went to see it omg the mildew smell was horrible. Even the staff member that brought us to look at the room sad bad smell . So we did not upgrade to ex club for remainder of trip We loved our view from our room. Beach and pool. The other thing too is the horrible smell of the sargassum. It’s soo soo bad. We wouldn’t eat breakfasts outside. Just aweful and really at the club pool the smell was bad off the ocean. We were happy to stay at the pool inside and father away from water. It’s too bad about the sargassum we love walking the beach but it was unbearable- the smell and looked so bad. Overall the hotel was great some meals good some meals just ok. Breakfast was amazing French and Asian was great too. Honestly we did have a Chance to eat at the expensive restaurant part of the ex club. I don’t think it’s worth the money the steak was so much better at French restaurant and I ordered the lamb chops and i couldn’t even cut thru it. So tough. I am celiac. The staff was great with my dietary needs. Big bonus. Thank you all. Also we did the spa. Not to be missed best experience I ever.

Outstanding service! Luxurious and welcoming! Beautiful white sand beach, gorgeous view. I enjoyed many of the fun activities including pool Zumba, candle making, beach yoga, and sound healing. Nightly entertainment was first class—many different styles of music (vocal and instrumental), dance, magic, even a circus above and around the main pool! We ate in almost all of the restaurants and the food was awesome! Already planning a return visit in 2027!

The property was great for swimming at the pool and had a lot of family friendly activities. Excursions booked through the hotel were great! We weren't able to swim at the beach the entire trip, which was disappointing, but out of our control. Overall a good trip.
