My family and I so enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It is a little older but lovely. The staff are so nice and helpful. We got an ocean view room with a beautiful view. The breakfasts were delicious. We enjoyed the beach, outdoor pool and indoor pool. My infant daughter enjoyed playing in the kids room. There also was free parking included for our rental car. We enjoyed the Hawaiian dancing at night and delicious food. My family and I made wonderful memories here. We would love to come back someday! 😍

Great staff great restaurants on location and very convenient location. Room TV was a little outdated but that’s a very minor nitpick.

Location is excellent. Rooms are well equipped but slightly cramped with a total of 3 chairs, small coffee table and the desk. Bed was wonderfully comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic: choice of two restaurants - buffet and Japanese set. Tried both, and enjoyed both. There isn’t a gym or Onsen (which I knew). Unfortunately, the two rooms opposite me were inconsiderate and kept their doors on the latch, going in and out, and talking loudly. This happened two nights running. I called reception, and they sent someone to speak to me, and then to the rooms opposite. Unfortunately this was short lived and they continued to be noisy until 1am. Not the fault of the hotel but they should have checked in and patrolled the corridor.

Very expensive and sadly there is a class system. Hotels.com advertised 3 pools but we could only use one which was not ideal and not enough sun beds. Paying £330 a night we wouldn’tn expect to be the ‘lower’ tier of guest. However, we loved our room even though no balcony and the food was incredible. Chinese restaurant was permanently closed though, again this was advertised as open. They could do with a lounge bar for the lower tier guests. Beach could do with a clean up, a lot of washed up rubbish and plastic plus random cargo boxes left to rot.
