Love this place! We come here every year for the past 4 years. Quick access to beach and pool and the food is good. The rooms are comfy.

The property is ok for an all inclusive. The staff, buffet, and beach access were the highlights of staying at this property. I stayed on the left wing of the palace and there was a constant sewage smell that lingered in the building and in the room (it took me a few days to get used to it). I was always able to find a chair by the pool or beach, but I was very surprised how families would tie their towels and belonging to the palapas and pool chairs in order to reserve their spots all day (this happened literally all day. One day I quickly went to the buffet at about 1pm to grab lunch and then go to the pool at about 1:15, there was hardly anyone at the pool, but towels were tied around chairs and personal belongings were left to receive sports. I did find a chair for myself, and I had the pool nearly to myself for almost an hour while guest were lunching). It'd be great if the staff would remove tied towels when guests would be gone for such a long time. The beach was always packed, I went at different times during the day; I always found a chair that I dragged closer to the shore, but Palapas were always taken or "claimed" with personal belongings. I appreciated how easy it was to walk to the main restaurant and shopping strip in Palm beach; I left the resort a few times to go explore. You're also able to take the bus almost right outside of the resort (there were a few stops super close).

Beach location was great rooms were completely outdated and begging for an update/upgrade. The taps ran dry on our second day - good thing I prefer wine in a plastic cup! Staff was less than helpful -took my credit card but couldn’t charge anything to the room.

They had live music outside near the pools every evening. We were able to sit on our balcony and enjoy a variety of music. We also loved the beach. All of the staff were wonderful!
