This is a beautiful property with a great location. The is a Rey grocery store right down the street that really came in handy. The on site restaurant Lila was delicious. The Concierge David turned this from a 5 star to a 6 star property

Recepción muy poco amables 🙁aparentan que están tomando en serio su trabajo pero no lo hacen tienes que requerir 2 o 3 veces por el mismo motivo 🙁en el desayuno todo el personal muy amable y atento 👍el la picina la señorita Geraldin siempre atenta y amable con sorisas atendiendo a todos🌞 El joven Rodrigo de animación siempre muy atento y mantenido el ambiente con mucha alegría todo el tiempo tratando de animar a las personas 👍su personalidad y su carisma prende el ambiente 👏👏👏los restaurantes todo el personal muy amable en Oceanía la señorita Milagros fue muy gentil mi hermana tuvo un inconveniente y ella estuvo con nosotros hasta asegurarse que mi hermana estuviera bien y no necesitara asistencia médica !y en el Restaurante Bordeaux Manuel nos trató como reinas especialmente e cumpleaños de mi hermana y la chef Mercedes la mejor 👍es excelente en lo que hace todos los platillos que comimos fueron de lo mejor todas las noches que fuimos 😋😋😋en los bares todos los chico muy amable de todo corazón gracias a todos los que nos atendieron Dios les bendiga siempre 🤗

My family of 4 had a lovely time at red frog beach. It was pricier than other hotels, but so glad we did this anyway! It is a higher end resort and our villa was incredible. I highly recommend this property.

We stayed at Playa Blanca Resort in Panama for 9 days with family and had 3 different rooms. The resort is beautiful and has great potential, especially the view of the artificial beach from our room, but the lack of maintenance, cleanliness, and service was very disappointing.
All 3 rooms were missing basic furniture or amenities. The built-in kitchens were useless because there were no plates, cups, utensils, pots, pans, or anything in the cabinets. Our room did not even have a refrigerator and was missing a desk chair. It was also very dirty under the cabinets and furniture, which was concerning because our 12-month-old was crawling around.
My in-laws’ first room smelled like feces and had mold, so they had to move. This was a serious health concern because my father-in-law is 94. Their second room had a broken bed. Staff said it would be changed and later claimed it had been, but it had not. We had to move an unused bed from our own room ourselves. We also requested a wheelchair for my father-in-law on day one, but did not receive it until day three.
The food was generally good and most restaurant servers were kind, but we saw rat droppings on buffet tables two days in a row. The reservation system was also difficult for multiple rooms. Beach towels were only available in one faraway location, so we kept the same towels all 9 days.
Overall, the resort is beautiful, but it needs major improvements in cleanliness, maintenance, communication, and hospitality.

Good service, good food, nice rooms. The only bad experience was with the snacks in the afternoon. The Chiriquí restaurant was always full of birds, they were in a lot of tables, very unsanitary.
