Good location by the water bus stop on the Grand Canal and thankfully a bit away from the crowds of St. Marco district, which is easy 10-minute walk away. Big room, marble-everywhere bathroom, comfortable bed, strong AC, BUT the carpet in room 101 should have been replaced 10 years ago. Guessing it used be white, but now it is gray-ish and covered in dark stains all over. Oddly, a porter entered the room "to check the minibar inventory" while we were in the room resting in the afternoon. Why the inventory count was not done during the cleaning earlier in the day??... Not a 5-star hotel category.

High end boutique hotel in a quieter part of Venice. Room with a view, absolutely stunning in the room and looking through our windows. Staff went out of their way to ensure our stay was a pleasant one. The only disappointment was the breakfast which didn’t match the rest of the hotel. Very very limited options, not worth having.

This hotel is fabulous! Very well maintained and beautiful rooms. Very comfortable beds! Location is perfect with many sights and restaurant options nearby. Recommend having a drink at the hotel bar before dinner for your traditional italian aperitivo! It's a very relaxing space.

Great location! Clean, quiet room, fast and smooth check in! The bed was very comfortable! Highly recommend!
