There is no mirror I had to ask for a mirror and the corners of the bed stuck out which we struck our legs on every time we walked by. Bathroom was really small. Other than that, it was a very nice stay. We enjoyed it very nice people.

Horrible checkin / checkout... Would never stay there again...Double charged me entire stay and still fighting to get someone to refund 2nd one that is so clearly a duplicate for same stay....

The room was clean, however, some of the door nobs were loose and the lights did not work in one of the rooms. But the Beach view was great and the staff were friendly. I would recommend it.

After having received the Room charge for 4 nights, the owner (Dave) asked to make a deposit and I paid. On his turn he gave all details but didn’t give the digital key to enter in to the apartment. The apartment was found unlocked (i) so we entered. But we couldn’t get out of the apartment as there was no system to lock the apartment. The owner hides behind spooky persons who manage his apartment. Next day we received the digital key but that didn’t work. When mechanics they found the lock now working as battery was empty. When they changed battery they still couldn’t operate the lock as they said lock must be 4 digits, but we got 8 digits. So this chaos wasted our 2 days fully. I need the compensation for 2 days. Expedia agreed but couldn’t compensate. So I have taken legal action, and details are also being put on the Bay Suites dot us. The apartment is spacious but not that premium as advertised. Very simple (sombre) amenities. Toilets are stopping every time. It is 1 mile from downtown thus not a walking distance from shops.

The room was really nice, there are small things that can be improved but overall nice.

Had been to Ft. Lauderdale and wanted to check for a decent none night stay in Miami and found this hotel Thro Expedia . Expedia rated this high and happy that we chose this place . Nice location. 5 mins off the beach . The beach is just walkable from this hotel. Very good service . The guy in lobby was very helpful . There was a donminos pizza next door , which was very useful for kids. Amenities were decent . They had an outdoor swimming pool . Slightly smaller .. there were 2-3 families swimming and it was almost full :) washer dryer worked but it was good .. elevator was small and sometimes slow . We didn’t find a gym. No complimentary breakfast.. parking was a bit wierd and cramped ! They charged per night which was slightly expensive . The rooms were awesome ! It was good sized for the price . Also had a kitchen.. though we didn’t use the kitchen , it is very good to have , just incase . Bed was comfortable .. bathrooms were neat . Price wise I think this room was very good and value for money . Wanted to give 3 , but just for the room and pricing , I’m giving it a 4 . Good experience overall .
