“This property is beautiful and convenient to everything in the Downtown Historic District. It was clean and well stocked with a parking deck conveniently behind the building. It can get loud at night because of the bars and restaurants in the area but the property managers provide ear plugs to use if needed. The beds were extremely comfortable and there were plenty of hangers in the closet to use. We are extremely pleased with the rental and will absolutely consider staying here again. The……

“The "houseboat" was wonderful. We could walk to everything, but at the same time felt like we were staying in our own quiet neighborhood. The Cove is a wonderful place. The staff was wonderful. The communication and instructions on where to park, check-in, check out were super clear. The Cove is just a quick walk to the Riverfront and all the amazing spots of Wilmington. We had an issue with one of the TVs not working (which didn't really matter to us) and the staff had it repaired the next……
