“Carrie checked us in and went out of her way to keep our group of 15 on the same floor. She even followed up with us twice during our stay to make sure everything was going well. The beach was just a one-minute walk away, right next to the pier, which offered a perfect view of the fireworks. The rooms were clean, and we had daily housekeeping. The kids loved every moment of the trip. The gym was a bit small, but everything else made up for it.”

“This hotel offered such great accommodations! This is our first time doing Grand Vacation Club by Hilton and it took on its name. The 1BR suite/condo was so modern, well-kempt, stocked, and offered fantastic views, for my 4 member family. I really wanted oceanfront but they were booked and I see why!! They also gave welcome gifts with FREE entry to 3 places of entertainment! YES, FREE! I don’t know if they always do this but I’m so happy we came! So worth the money! The only two things we didn’t……

“Had a fun trip here, the amenities and location are well worth it. You’re not really in the crowded part of Myrtle Beach so the beach is calm. Dog friendly was nice! Only wished they offered a later check out and the water slide wasn’t available even though it didn’t close until 8”

“Great property ! *note*parking passes, access cards, and swimming pool. Bracelets are not on the refrigerator as described. Everything is hanging on a keychain near the door. Other than that, the place was wonderful, everything worked as it should. We will definitely return! -K and T”

“Perfect for romantic getaway”

“The office on-site did not manage the room we were in. Different companies seem to own different rooms. On the day we left, the toilet stopped flushing. On our way out I went to the office on-site to inform them, they said that was not their unit, they don't manage it. Not sure how you'd get an issue fixed, thankfully for us the issue happened as we were preparing to leave. The suites are nice. The kitchen is well equipped with cookware and dishware. Having a washer and dryer in the suite……

“It was clean. The view was spectacular. The beachfront was amazing. Walking the beachfront every morning and evening, you could walk for miles.”

“This place is the best setting!! Right on the beach! We loved watching all the traffic in the evening and enjoyed the music. I was there for work and the noise from the street didn't bother me sleeping. I had two of my grands who live in Charleston come up for a night. We beached it, shopped, ate great seafood, went to a water park and walked the pier!! Would def stay again. The parking was a pain but the garage was really close. ”

“Room not ready by 4pm as offered. When we got there the cleaning lady had just began to clean. She mop we us in there, changed n fixed bed. Very uncomfortable situation. Huge bags of linen all over, bare space to walk. Looks bigger in picture. Comfy and modern.”

“The place was nice. I noticed it wasn't no dish cloth or pods for the dish washer. The rags and towels wasn't so clean. I had to rewashed them, because the had dirt stain and some of the kitchen utensils wasn't really clean. Other than that everything else was good. The place was spacious and really nice.”
