The pictures of the hotel are deceiving. It makes it look like a resort but it is small and feels tight. I will never stay here again. Too Many children, ugh!

The buffet food for all inclusive was not that appetizing. Same food every day just mix differently no variety. Food seemed old. Bed was comfortable. Room was great Internet access was good. Transportation taxes were outside rooms. Do not have telephones. You have to text them. No room service children everywhere peeing in the pools Out of control unavailable. The gym was unavailable due to construction. There’s no ATM in the lobby so we have to go out into the unsafe area to get money. Nobody speaks English. If I didn’t have a translator with me I would’ve been lost and nobody would’ve understood me. This is great for Spanish-speaking people Who have kids who don’t mind a lower class of vacation.

Las habitaciones pueden ser un poco ruidosas, ya que tienen puertas de conexión, y se escucha lo de los huéspedes de a lado. El estacionamiento está ubicado en otro lugar y tienes que caminar unos minutos para llegar ahí, y dado que está en remodelación todo alrededor, esto no es cómodo y está muy sucio a los alrededores. Fuera de eso, está práctico el hotel y tiene buen tramo de playa. La comida que no es del todo incluido, está rica.

Lo primero que no me gustó fue que al rentar la habitación decía dos camas queen y eran matrimoniales y al preguntar en recepción me respondieron que queen significa matrimonial..., la habitación no tenía teléfono para poder comunicarte a recepción, el área de la regadera no estaba bien sellada y se llenaba de agua toda el área de wc, no hay agua caliente o al menos tibia, la primera noche encontré una de las camas llena de brillitos en la sábana de cajón, el siguiente día no hicieron bien la limpieza del área de regadera y no me dejaron tapete de baño. Las áreas comunes son demasiado pequeñas para la cantidad de huéspedes que albergan, la alberca y chapoteadero parecían de parque acuático y sucias... jacuzzis, ni forma de meterse, no hay suficiente sombra para los camastros. El personal amable... cuando aparece, en la recepción no te explican las limitaciones del "all inclusive" que en realidad no incluye todo, ya que los snacks son solo tres y se acaban a las 5, si quieres otra cosa o después de ese horario tienes que pagar, no me dieron información correcta de los horarios de comida y perdí la hora de la comida, el buffet muy básico para el costo, las bebidas son sólo hielo. En general si hubiera sólo cubierto el costo de la habitación, y pagado aparte mis bebidas y alimentos habría ahorrado alrededor de 4 mil pesos. El estacionamiento está retirado de la propiedad y no tienen valet parking. En conclusión no regresaría ni lo recomendaría, caro para lo que es.

I have traveled to Acapulco several times in my opinion this hotel needs to have a better type of amenities. The hotel is already outdated for sure. Parking is horrible and the area is located. This is no prime to walk around outside the overall condition of the hotel, the rooms tend to be With lack of maintenance and to be honest if I had another choice to come back, I’ll come back to other places there is crowded service is lacking and waitresses. They’re super big. They’re very friendly and everything but they’re super busy so it’s under staff not a place for you to enjoy. It’s a place for you just to sit down and just see a lot of people a lot of crowd Swimming pool is super crowded. It’s not worth the money. It’s not worth the time in my opinion.

L'hôtel est bien correct. Moyen mais les chambres sont propres. Les buffets ne valent pas du tout le prix, donc je vous conseille de manger ailleurs. Sur Expedia, on précise qu'il y a un service pour laver le linge mais ce n'est pas le cas. Nous passions quelques jours en visitant de la famille. Acapulco s'est relevé de l'Ouragan de 2024. Ça m'a rendu heureuse. Au Copacabana, la piscine était trop pleine pour nager, mais ça veut juste dire qu'elle est bien populaire. C'est sûr qu'au moins d'août la mer est chaude comme un bain tourbillon et les vagues sont souvent très fortes, mais c'est normal. Bien correct, mais sans plus.
