It has a very large open area on the first floor which includes the dining room, kitchen and living room. The adults and the children spent a lot of time together. We rented two vans but parking worked well at the house and was very convenient as we used an app to reserve parking in DC. "This was definitely a good place to stay. The neighborhood is not bad at all. The only issue we had with the property was there is no direct parking you must park on the street in front of the complex however the entrance to the home is in that back."

"We stayed for an event out of Smallwood park. The commute there was easy. The host was very accommodating and very very helpful. The house was a great size and had all of our needs! We would love to book again if we come back to the area. "
