“We had a lovely stay at this unit right in the heart of OTR! I enjoyed the comfort and style and my kids enjoyed the privacy and space! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the access to the connector, and the walkability of this spot. The parking garage wasn’t far and the white noise machines were a nice touch as it is an urban apartment—quieter in the bedrooms, but could hear the noisy, city streets from the living room. We LOVED it! ”

“This place was PERFECT! Great walking distance for sooo many things. We walked all over OTR, and even downtown to Fountain Square, the Hard Rock Casino and TQL Stadium for a soccer game. Having some basic kitchen amenities and laundry was very helpful too! Besides the amazing location, having dedicated parking made it so easy to explore other parts of the city without worrying about finding a parking spot upon your return. If we make it back, would definitely stay here again!”

“Walking distance to Findlay Market and nightlife. The spacious rental has private parking available and feels very secure. We enjoyed short trips around the downtown area. The space has been very nicely renovated. It was very clean and has a very nice kitchen.”

“Property was clean and well maintained. It’s an old building so don’t expect perfection. FYI - there are two steep flights of stairs to climb for this unit. Would stay there again. Bathtub drain was really slow. That’s the only thing I recommend be looked into. ”

“The condo was very clean and inviting. It was as described and perfect for our two couples that went. The hosts are easy to communicate with and went above and beyond to make sure we were settled in and comfortable. The location is great as well. I would stay here again and recommend it to anyone! ”

“The stairs up to the unit are very steep. Could not park in front of the unit to unload items. Parking garage is far away. There was no welcome basket of goodies as mentioned in the add. The unit itself was clean. A lot of outside noise in the middle of the night woke up multiple times. The owner was good at communication. Good food options available in the area ”

“We just needed a place to stay for an event in Cincinatti, and this was perfect. Very clean and good location, very close to UC campus. The unit is downstairs, so we did hear footsteps above at night but was not bad. Great place for our little dog, had a very nice yard which is unusual for that area. ”

“First, let me tell you that you have to climb two very steep sets of stairs to even get to the unit. When we arrived the code we were given was incorrect and we couldn't get into the unit. Tried calling the number provided and no one ever answered. Thankfully they did call back, but it took a while. Once in the unit we found it was very dirty and did not feel safe because the code to get into our unit was the same as the one used to access the building as well, which made me feel anyone would be……

“We wanted to avoid staying in a tiny hotel room during our three-night stay in Cincinnati to visit UC and Miami U, and we found the perfect spot. Great location and loved the ample space we had as well as the free parking. Place was immaculate and big enough for me and my teen daughter to cook together, watch Netflix and rest after two day-long college tours and plenty of walking. Beds are comfy, and it was so nice to have 2 bathrooms as well. I am so happy we decided to stay here and would……
