"Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was far from pleasant. The bathroom smelled awful, and the shower curtain was dirty, which was very off-putting. The pillows on the bed were extremely hard and uncomfortable, more like rigid cushions than actual pillows. The air conditioner was another major issue—it made a loud, constant noise that made it hard to relax. To top it off, the receptionist was unkind and seemed to be in a bad mood, which left a terrible first impression. I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless they address these issues with cleanliness, comfort, and customer service."

"Excelente el seevicio en el desayuno, solo en las noches el seevicio en el restaurante no era bueno, ojo pero solo con una camarera, estuve 10 dias y siempre que estaba esa chica el servicio era malo. Otra cosa que no me gusto es que no hacen la Limpieza diario . "
