Beautiful Condo - Water View Near City Dock

The Newport Condominium has a beautiful water view of Spa Creek in Eastport. This condo is tastefully decorated with carpet and includes a queen sleigh bed and a Queen size soft pull-out bed in living room. Condo overlooks boat docks, the historic Carroll House and St. Mary's Church. Newport is a secure building with free parking spaces provided, but you will want to walk to the many restaurants, historic areas (State House) City Dock, and shopping in Annapolis Harbor. Great location for romantic getaways, visits to historic Annapolis, the Naval Academy and Navy Football games!
The condominium has a roof top pool, spectacular viewing area.

Great location and walk ability

Although it is a vintage building, it is well maintained and the condo was clean and well appointed. Very easy walk to sailing association and downtown. We will definitely be back!

Perfect getaway in Annapolis tor two!

This is the third weekend we have stayed in this condo, and we will be back! We love Annapolis and this location in Eastport couldn't be more convenient to restaurants, the harbor, the Naval Academy, shopping, and the historic district! Joe is very responsive and easy to work with. You will not be disappointed.

Wonderful Christmas Gift

I booked this condo as part of a x-mas gift for my husband. We were in town to attend the bowl game. The condo was great and the location to town and all the events that we wanted to attend was perfect! Would love to come back in the summer when all the boats are in the water and the weather is nicer:)

WONDERFUL LOCATION

we really enjoyed our 3-day trip ... annapolis is about a 15-minute walk across the drawbridge from the eastport condo ... it was really nice having free parking and not having to use the car at all ... most of the historic sites and restaurants are within walking distance to the condo ... the condo itself is very nice and clean (just like the pictures show) ... can't wait to return !!!

Quiet, safe, relaxing, lovely...perfect!

This Property is in an excellent, quiet, safe neighborhood less than a block from the 'Annapolis' water...meaning lots of boating goin on. Each window has at least a partial view of the water. The entire building is well maintained. The location is easy to find and is only a short walk from downtown via a bridge you will absolutely want to walk! The Condo is on a middle floor of the building but there was never any noise from the unit above or below. The persons I met were gracious and relaxed - and helpful! The condo furnishings are very high quality and the entire unit is well and tastefully decorated. Hint: if you follow golf, you will love the theme - as I did. I recommend this condo to anyone who is looking for a great place to stay - it is small by comparison with two and three bedroom places, but for one or two people it's ideal!

Great location!

We are still enjoying our stay as I'm sipping my coffee and not really wanting to leave! Condo was clean , nicely decorated, safe and convenient for walking through Annapolis and Eastport. The view would have been awesome except external windows really need a power clean. This is a small condo perfect for 2 people. Coin laundry on same floor in building was convenient ($1.75 wash, $1.50 dry). Walkable to Vin909, Boatyard, Carroll Creekside,, Lewnes, and Ruths Criss. Rooftop patio was in need of TLC, but great view!

Safe and Convenient Location

This is a very small apartment, but that’s all I needed for the weekend. I’m a woman traveling alone and safety is a big factor for me. I felt very secure and comfortable in this home. The location is nice. My only complaint (minor) is that the refrigerator was very loud.

Very Accommodating

I currently live in this complex, and I rented this condo for my parents to come stay a few days while I recovered from surgery. Joe and Beth were extremely accommodating and kept communication with my parents while they stayed (but also didn't bug them!). I was thankful to have such an easy process for my older parents and they are already talking about coming back down again because they enjoyed their stay so much!

We came up for the bowl game in Annapolis and this place offered a great place to stay near downtown and access to anywhere! The condo offered a clean comfortable place with all you need so close.

Great spot! And best value in town

I’ve stayed at several places around Annapolis and Eastport. This is on the top of my list to return. Great location to walk into DTA and Eastport. Just a five minute walk to the market. 7 minute walk to davis pub! Exactly as advertised, ample parking. Great communication.

Great location to enjoy Annapolis!

The location was great with lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance. We came to see the Halloween concert at USNA and the condo is in the best location to walk Eastport and old town Annapolis. I chose this condo because of the rooftop (although we didn't take advantage of it) and the easy parking. I would recommend this property.

Eastport for parents weekend

Just the perfect distance from the yard- drivable 6 minutes and walkable 15 minutes! If you want to be close to the academy but not DTA, this is perfect. Clean and reasonably priced! I had a couple of questions while I was there- Joe was responsive and helpful! Thank you!!
