There were no signs of Disneyland from the way we entered the property and were able to walk to the park and slowly reveal where we were! It we enjoyed the close location and were able to walk to both parks and Downtown Disney with ease. The location allowed visuals of the fireworks each night which was also a big plus. "Our rental cancelled at the last moment and we were able to rent this property very quickly. We were in town for our 50th HS Reunion. The hosts communicated immediately which was a great relief. The house is spacious and we enjoyed sitting in the backyard under the mature fruit trees listening to the birds. Thanks again for saving our reunion weekend"

So we could go to park for rope drop, return to condo in afternoon, and return to park for night time rides and entertainment. Only complaint was the kids (10 and 12) could only use the pool with adult supervision and could NOT use hot tub at all."

"This was a great stay for our family. The unit was spotless and was stocked with the essentials which made it so nice to not have to worry about. Very family friendly, even a little potty seat for our daughter which was a nice touch. Location was great to walk down to the beach and to hop on the PCH to get to where we needed to go. "My family went to Disney and Universal and chose this nice condo for our stay. The condo was tastefully decorated and had everything we needed. My family enjoyed the arcade as it created some fun competitiveness between us. Overall we enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to rebook this condo. "Tucked away with privacy, yet steps from the sand. Perfect location for a week of fun with my 2 teenagers. Volleyball courts in the sand right in front of the property. Living space was just enough for the 3 of us and the deck to grill out on was icing on the cake. :-)"

Somewhat more comfortable sofas/chairs would have made my stay nicer, as would retrofit of the street-facing windows to make them more sound-proof. "Staff were friendly and helpful. The property was nice and very close to the Long Beach Convention center. Basically, it only took 4-5 minutes to walk there from the dock. Additionally, there are several restaurants and a few shops in the immediate vicinity. The primary concerns were the number of homeless people surrounding the area and the somewhat limited parking for overnight accommodations. Overall, it was a memorable experience. "
