Private parking lot and private entrance to a room in the back of an adorable bungalow. Queen sized bed, mcm chairs with a smart TV for relaxing when you are not on the beautiful square. No available kitchen but a fridge, microwave and coffee maker for your convenience. Bathroom has a beautiful walk in shower and double sinks. This property is a 10 min walk to the beautiful square. Five minute walk to Southwestern University. There is a cute neighborhood coffee shop that is a 5 min walk called 309 Coffee. Dogs are welcome, only one pet per visit, fenced yard for them to enjoy as well as a fire pit. Come and enjoy all that Georgetown has to offer at an affordable rate!

Stylish Bungalow
We had a lovely weekend. The room is stylishly appointed in a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed exploring the square and we were conveniently located just a few miles from Round Rock for a wedding we attended. Would definitely recommend!
