Initially there was an issue with the bathroom in the room however, the staff member Joe did an exceptional job addressing it. Also travelers should be aware of the $150 mandatory fees for the deposit as well as the property fee for the parking lot and security cameras or add it thé cost of the room so patrons will be properly prepared.

This property is in a beautiful area with lots of amenities and shopping. It is a tranquil hotel. I had an amazing sleep. Great breakfast, and the staff were happy and entertaining. I would definitely recommend. We were travelling from Florida to Canada and was an easy stop off the 95. :-)

Room thermostat wasn’t working and had no power. Hallways of the entire floor was super cold like 60 degrees? Bedding was fine and pillows nice, shower and bathroom was pretty nice and very clean. Staff was nice and friendly but we had no time to even bring up our problems for them to fix or help with.
