There were multiple problems. No hot water, the phone did not work and the water would not turn off. The staff offered to change rooms and the new room we were given was completely trashed and we had to move into another room. That was the third room in one night. I slept with my coat on because I was afraid to sleep under the covers due to the conditions of the room. I will never ever book again.

Arriving was scary. The person at the front desk asked me for a $100 deposit that was not stated in the post. Also, the deposit was asked in cash; no credit or debit ard accepted. Once in the room (at least it was clean), the screams at the street (2nd floor), the persons in other rooms made us feel insecure. Of course, with these conditions, no options for dining out were possible, so we asked uber. There was no plasticware in our order so I asked for some at the front desk and the person there gave me some spare plasticware from his food! I do not recommend this location.
