"Loved the coziness and cleanliness of Mountain Song. It had everything we needed for an extended weekend getaway from the city. Beautiful views from the deck of the fall foliage. Bummer it was too cold for me to sit on the deck while enjoying my coffee and take in the morning views. Hubby wasn’t a fan of the soft beds (mattress topper) but I slept great while there. It’s an older condo so a bit of that older home smell but it was also part of its charm. We loved that it felt lived in and well cared for. Helped us easily relax and feel at home. Carpet was newer. Location was close to the General Store and great restaurants in Banner Elk. Close to hiking/nature attractions. We hiked Emerald Outback which was only 5 mins away. "

"The apartment was super comfy. Kitchen was nice to have and there was a local store and dollar general down the road if you just wanna make some pizza or something. Local community park was right next to the resort that you can walk to. Nice trails everywhere. Pool was warm, hot tub great. Liked the pool table, air hockey and ping pong. Its villas 3 up the stairs through some double doors near the tennis court. Lots of deer friends at the resort. Very peaceful little property we thought. And theres a deli right down the road thats pretty good too. "

"The appliances and kitchen supplies were great cause we cooked several meals. Grill was cleanest I’ve ever seen. Gas fireplace and pit were terrific. I would definitely restay there again. Host was the best!!!"
