Orchard Farm One of a number of cottages off Lawrence Lane. The building dates from the 16th century with 17th century additions. From 1776 to 1829 it served as the Buckland workhouse. The hotel is in a great location and the staff are friendly and helpful. My gripe was with the shower in our room. The water wouldn’t drain quickly so if you showered more then a minute the bathroom would flood. There was no tub just a small glass wall between the shower and the toilet and sink. ...
