“Great place to stay in the off season to see the Tulips and explore the area. Venue is really nice and clean but it should be noted there is NO AC on location, only one window to open at night (which is hard to access unless 6ft tall) and one floor fan. Also, if you plan to cook or make a meal on site and maybe venture out later there are no basic items like a sandwich bag, foil, Saran Wrap, etc. and you only get a single kitchen towel and wash cloth that we could find. I would stay again but……

“I hope this review will cover the upgraded property we got due to an unexpected water heater malfunction at the property I reserved in Birch Bay. The house was perfect for my family's gatherings to celebrate my father's 90th birthday. It was very nice that my parents could use the main floor bedroom/bathroom and not need to use the stairs for the lower and upper levels of the house. The kitchen was very well stocked with pots, pans, utensils, glassware and a nice BBQ for our three big meals……
