$60 early check-in fee; Didn’t pay it, we waited at a nearby bar. Check in was awkward because of the lack of physical staff - I don’t blame the staff on the screen, but it’s nice to have an actual person there, not an ominous intercom or a blurry screen. The friend I was travelling with also had a window with a broken lock on the ground floor. Neither of our curtains also closed fully, again, ground floor. The alleyway is closed off but… still. Otherwise just like every other hotel, clean room and bathroom. Good location for landmarks, shops and bars. I also did appreciate the water station. They also have a microwave and coffee machine but I didn’t get round to using those. I suppose you get what you pay for?

The location is super convenient however parking prices are absurd per night! 46$ Deposit is somehow 150$ Room is honestly pretty small for the size of the bed.

Convenient location, I got a discounted price. I asked and was given a courtesy late checkout time by 30 minutes. Comfortable bed. Fancy toilet with many buttons for washing one's undersides. But it was a really hot day and there was no way to turn off the heated toilet seat. Shower head was good. There are cheaper public parking garages on Beverly Blvd and Wilshire Blvd one block away. Best of all is Chaumont Bakery, only 5 mins. walk away on Beverly Blvd, a great place for brunch. Order the almond croissant and mushroom omelet, they are divine.

Location was awesome, check in was easy and staff were nice. Pool was unusable, Garbage was floating in it when we arrived, it’s also right in the small parking lot. If you’re looking for a pool — go elsewhere. Parking is limited and $17 a day. Rooms smelled very musty and had mould on ceilings/ in bathrooms. A/c unit was nasty. Beds had burn holes in them. We stayed for our two days there and made due, but wouldn’t recommend longer. We got two towels between 4 people in a room, and no face cloths. We kept our room doors and windows open as long as we were in the rooms to beat the smell, floors were warped and coming up in spots. It’s a gross little hotel, but cheap —so I didn’t expect much. We had all we needed to get through the two nights we stayed, wouldn’t go back.
