The only negative is the business below, a cute water front cocktail lounge, played loud music until 11PM one of the nights...

“Overall this was a great rental choice! I was in town to speak at a conference, so I arrived later in the evening the night before. Everything was as expected, except the bathroom was not as clean as the rest of the rental. The next morning I made the property manager aware, and all was good! I loved the location, and would definitely stay here again! It didn't bother us, but others may want to consider that being on the riverwalk does come with a little added noise.
