Please contact the office for updates and for construction discounts. 1-Gulf Watch 104 - Anna Maria Island - 2 Bedroom / 2 Bath, maximum occupancy of 6 people. Distance to the Beach: across the streetCommunity pool. Saturday to Saturday bookings during the months of January through March (high season), or monthly. Gulf Watch Condominiums is a gulf to bay, 32 unit complex with a heated pool.
The complex is conveniently located in the City of Bradenton Beach. Restaurants, shops, and Bridge Street are all within walking distance. Each unit has a designated spot. Please be aware of the 7'1" garage height clearance. Parking between the buildings is strictly prohibited. Gulf Watch has no facilities to charge electric golf carts and other electric vehicles. Anna Maria Island is a tropical barrier island seven and one half miles long. Its fine white sugar sand beaches are open to the public with convenient accesses along the entire island. It is one of the finest beaches in the United States. Unlike some tourist areas of Florida that are typified by endless rows of high rise apartment buildings and hotels, Anna Maria is an island of homes and small resorts. Enjoy many activities on your visit; swimming, snorkeling, beautiful sunsets, fishing, boating, sunset dining, picnicking, shopping, watching wildlife, golfing, bicycling, tennis, and more. It's also easy to explore on the island's free trolley. There are convenient stops the length of the island.

The location was great and has its own private beach access. I appreciate the fact that there were beach chairs, umbrella and cooler in the room, this was a huge bonus for individuals traveling by air. I would stay again!

Anna Maria Island
Great location, just have to cross the street and you’re at the beach! Quick walk to many restaurants and shops. Easy parking, there is an assigned spot under the building. Plenty of room for us and our 2 teens to spread out in the condo. The door lock didn’t work the second day due to a low battery and someone was there within 20 minutes to fix it-quick response! The only thing you might consider bringing if you are driving there is a couple of nicer beach chairs to sit on.

Great location
Overall this was a good property to stay at for our snowbird stay. Our only complaint was the noise from the people above us. There is little to no sound barriers for all the walking of our upstairs neighbors.
