Welcome to St. Thomas, a fantastic beach cottage with two cozy bedrooms and two bathrooms. You won't be able to resist soaking up the warm Florida sunshine and feeling the soft, powdery sand beneath your toes at the nearby Gulf beaches. St. Thomas has a shared patio area with a sparkling pool, plenty of comfortable lounge chairs, and a private patio with an outdoor table and a BBQ grill. You will never want to leave this dreamy vacation spot!

Upon arrival, you'll see a welcoming front patio adorned with tropical landscaping and comfortable seating. The interior boasts a casual family room with a large sofa, TV, and vibrant beach-themed decor. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances, cooking essentials to prepare a delicious meal, and a dining table set for four.

The primary bedroom will make you feel right at home with fresh and neat linens on the bed and a TV. The primary ensuite bathroom features a walk-in shower. In the second bedroom is a King bed, a TV, and plenty of closet space as well as access to the patio. For your convenience, there is an additional bathroom with a shower and bathtub combo, a washer and dryer, and a sleeper sofa.

Really clean, great location, comfortable, private and so cute. I would definitely stay here again. We had an issue with the air conditioning unit and the company sent someone out at 11 pm to fix the isssues. Very impressed with their promptness and communication, even following up with me the next day to make sure the AC was fixed. 5 star company all the way.

Want to save money?... drive a few minutes to beach
This location is a 5-minute walk to the Bradenton beach. With such a high cost of staying, these improvements would justify the charges. Bushes needless trimming, no light in back deck, outdoor furniture needs pressure washing, the living couch has torn material, kitchen light is very dim, no hooks around bathrooms, and the dining table is too small. Checkout day should be prorated for the 6 hours early. Hope they hear this complaint and put it in action. We rented at Bradenton Beach but ended up going to Coquina Beach, the south side of Anna Maria Island. It's a very accommodating beach with a lot of parking, restrooms, changing rooms, rinse locations with a snack bar, and a fine white, sandy beach.

Great place
Small but very cozy space. Really as it is in the pictures and better close to the beach. . Anna Maria Island is a place that I would return to at a next opportunity, we love each other ❤️❤️🏝️🏝️

The outside looks better than the inside
We stayed in the height of summer when storms occurred almost every day. So a good bit of the time we were inside which we found to be a bit dark and claustrophobic. Beds were firm and comfortable. One of the storms broke the Sun umbrella in the small patio. The management nicely said they would supply a new one the next day. They did but just left it in the box and didn’t even remove the broken umbrella.

Great location, nice renovated place.
Short walk to the beach with easy public somewhat secluded access. Easy walk to most places. Free trolley to bridge street or short hike. Place was clean. Lots of beach towels to use. Appliances all looked pretty new. Pool was nice but small. Duplex, so having good neighbors during the stay while sharing a small pool may make or break your experience. For the pool at least. Ours was just us for one day and shared the rest of the time with friendly couple. So for us great. We go to the beach more than hang at the pool anyway. Would rent again.
