“Excellent location and so close to downtown Perrysburg. Very clean and well equipped with many necessities provided. Host was very easy to reach both prior to and during stay and exceptionally accomodating. It is an older home but very nicely remodeled and updated wherever possible. If you are not used to multi floor homes the steps to access bedrooms and bathrooms are not as challenging as a previous review I saw. The neighborhood is very quiet. “Was impressed with the cleanliness of the property..the feeling of space in the rooms with high ceilings and peace. The walls were as such that i could not hear the other guests or televisions. “Beautiful historic home with woodwork, glass door handles and lovely upgrades in keeping with the nature of the home. Roomy, comfortable beds and well-aapointed kitchen and bathrooms. Very comfortable beds. A/C and fans kept us quite comfortable. We loved the large porch with chairs and swing. Great pizza and ice cream right around the corner, and brunch restaurant not far. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, and the host was very prompt, kind and responsive. A perfect stay! Highly recommend!”
