"We very much enjoyed staying at the D. Maria Apartments. Clean bedroom and bath. The building’s street elevation is of historic design, the interior has been renovated but kept the large granite stone walls. Walking distance to restaurants and vine bars, easy park-house parking. Hotel is quiet and has a very helpful and accommodating staff. We returned for a second stay."

"The apartment (3) was absolutely spotless, it was like we were the first people there. Brand new washing/drying machine, oven and fridge freezer, comfortable, clean beds, towels and large table. There is no kettle or toaster, these would be useful additions, as would a variety of glasses (there were only very small ones) and there were only large plates and one cereal bowl. "The accomodation is very clean and neat but we had two issues. We couldnt get the heat started , and the apartment was very cold. Also we were 2 adults and 2 children but there was no sofa bed as we expected. "

"Astounding amount of mold on walls ceiling, windows molding window sills and curtains! Water literally dripping down walls & ceiling lights were water stained. Water on the floor had wicked up the furniture & cabinet - veneers were stained & peeling. Water pooled the full length of 10 foot window sill & water dripping from top of windows. "The host Patricia was very kind. The appartment was somewhat dated. The pictures looked Better. Availability of linnen and towels was wonderful. However we had some problems with the doors of some rooms and locks not fuctioning correctly. The pots and pans were too small for us 8 people. Electricity broke of while cooking. (fuse) Despite all this I was glad I Could do some washing and cycling with my little girl in the back. I feel bad for saying because the location is great! Hopefully some...

"This is a beautiful apartment very close to the train station and historic district. The windows are well insulated for a quiet sleep and the bed is very comfortable. Our unit was on the third floor though, so folks with mobility issues should look elsewhere."

"This property is close to so many great resources and is not a bad walk to the central space and old town of Braga. There are lots of college students out late at night but they were fine. We felt 100% safe at all times and loved the convenience of this location. There is no elevator so be ready to walk up stairs. It’s a small but very comfortable space and great balconies."

We had a very late flight and were so grateful to be met at the airport by the nice and friendly owners. There was also a welcome basket of fruit, water, wine, tea and biscuits! "Eine sehr gut gelegene Wohnung im ersten Stockwerk mit Zugang zum Gemeinschaftspool. Die Wohnung und das Gebäude selbst sind bereits etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Der Atlantik liegt gleich gegenüber. Dazwischen ist noch eine Restaurantstraße mit Stil. Also keine Hotelecke. Das Team des Anbieters ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Wir fanden es sehr nett und hatten einen schönen Urlaub."
