"The kitchen on both nights we ate there ran out of a number of options on the menu, the service was also very slow. On the middle night we were left with no water to the room due to a plumbing problem for which we received a partial refund."

"They require a Plastic Bank card to pre authorise a payment to cover any damage, However their systems are out of date as they are unable to take the details from Apple or Google pay. They Deducted £150.00 from my account and then i had to go Back to the hotel after checking out to arrange a refund. ..."

"We had a lovely time at Otterton, Claire was a charming host - even accommodating our tortoise at the last minute. The grounds to her house are amazing mainly down to Tony her husband believe Beautiful area & views"
