"I think the best thing about this hotel was the staff. Jennifer che ked me in and then anytime I had a question, she remembered my name and would assist. I do think the dining options were severely limited and because of the extreme amount of traffic, walking in the area is not advisable. So trying to figure out where to eat and what to have was not an easy thing to do. That could be improved."

"What I first noticed, that it was an older building but how well maintained it was. The staff was friendly and I found my translator (as I don't speakSpanish) was a must. I found that Talking translator was a great option for me. If you download it, you'll see why The cleaning staff was great. My room was always neat and tidy and they were very friendly. I was located on the 5th floor and my cleaning lady was very attentive with a great personality. Thank you"

"Mixed feelings about this place. The entrance of the pool is very nice and so is the common area on the rooftop. Great location, 1 block from train station. And plenty taxi outside. The rooms are a bit rundown. The closet of both rooms they put us in was broken and the windows don't lock. When it's locked you just shake them and they opened in both rooms. The person incharge told me that they are all the same. The washroom is also not in best shape but nice spacious. All flaws I can ignore. But the unlock windows is what will make me think twice before rebooking "
